Where would Nirvana Be Today?

Post by AVA182b »

What do you think would have happened with Nirvana and the grunge scene had Kurt not killed himselfy. Cuz grunge pretty much started and ended with them. Just wondering what other people think. My guess is they would have kept going and be doing some awesome stuff

The kids of today wouldn't know who Nirvana were if Kurt hadn't died when he did.

Do you realize that, prior to Kurt's death, Pearl Jam was actually substantially more popular and had better album sales? And their popularity and album sales were still on a huge upswing from Nirvana's? Then the lead singer "kills himself"...and suddenly EVERYONE loves Nirvana. Even people who hated them, love them, and claim to have been into them since way before Kurt died.
