VoxBloc didn't have a deal with Sum 41. Matt didn't appreciate the fact that VoxBloc released the song online. It was supposed to be only on that CD.
I don't know how the conversation between Nic and Matt went, but I think Matt didn't have anything against uploading it here, since the song was already on VoxBloc.

In my personal opinion you shouldn't have recorded it in the first place, but thats just me
it gets tricky when a song hasn't been released or the show isn't suppose to be filmed...stuff like that..which is why I'm being cautious, no matter what the quality.
