I finally got Photoshop. i'm still learning to use it so I started with something simple

Start with tutorials. That's what will get you going on learning some of the tools.
If you don't know what to do, just search for 'simple sig tutorial' or 'beginner sig tutorial' on Google, and you'll get loads of helpful tuts to help you out.
