Sum 41 is releasing a new live DVD! The show in Zenith, Paris on February 22nd was filmed, so we'd expect the release date being later this year. This is the first live DVD since 2003, and the first live recording released by the band since 2011. (Although the show in Cleveland was released in 2011, it was recorded in 2007, so basically that show is 10 years old already).
The setlist at the show was the same as in majority of the shows on this tour. Let's just hope they all will be included in the DVD, especially the We Will Rock You cover.
1. A Murder Of Crows
2. Fake My Own Death
3. The Hell Song
4. Over My Head (Better Off Dead)
5. Goddamn I'm Dead Again
6. Underclass Hero
7. Screaming Bloody Murder
8. There Will Be Blood
9. War
10. Motivation + The Bitter End
11. Grab The Devil
12. We're All To Blame
13. Walking Disaster
14. Makes No Difference
15. With Me
16. God Save Us All (Death To POP)
17. King Of Rock (Frank's drum cover + solo)
--Encore 1--
18. No Reason
19. We Will Rock You
20. Still Waiting
21. In Too Deep
--Encore 2--
22. Crash
23. Pieces
24. Welcome To Hell
25. Fat Lip
--Encore 3--
26. Pain For Pleasure
Unfortunately there's no way that many songs could make to the DVD... (I could only imagine that some of them are only audio.) Which is a shame because I would take out none of them. Okay, maybe Makes No Difference, I was never fan of that song, but then I'd replace it with Sick of Everyone (if they had played that), so I couldn't short it. :D
Nonetheless, it's a killer setlist!

Fuck, we need a blu-ray then! If I'm not mistaken, some bands have released live CDs along with the DVD, with the CD having the full set, so that would be cool too.
I think the setlist now is the best it has ever been (excluding the omit of Twisted By Design, which has been played between Walking Disaster and Makes No Diff every now and then). Only thing I would change is that they should rotate There Will Be Blood with other new songs, such as 13 Voices and Fall/Rise. And maybe rotate Welcome To Hell and Makes No Diff with songs such as There's No Solution, Heart Attack and 88. They've played those only a couple of times with the current lineup, would be amazing to hear them live more often.

Yes, I would love those too... and also Angels With Dirty Faces, Some Say, No Brains, Open Your Eyes (have they played it live?), Handle This, Thanks for Nothing, Billy Spleen and many, many more.
(And especially... Noots! I cry for that song for so long, that would be such a blast live! )
I hope it comes out on blu-ray as well. I'm sure there will be a digital copy that people can get as well. I really hope they don't cut a lot out, but the set list does seem quite long for a live DVD. All the covers will probably not make it due to copyright, the drum solo will probably be dropped.
It would be kind of cool if they threw in all of Blake's videos (and music videos) into the DVD as features as well, like they did with the music videos for Over My Head, Still Waiting... etc. for Sake Bombs. All their live performances lately have been great and I really want it all in my hands in the form of a physical disc haha.
I don't see why they wouldn't release it on Blu-Ray, it's getting more common (like when DVD replaced CD format), I actually think it's a standard form now. But unfortunately, I don't think it means that on Blu-Ray we'll get more songs, just better quality.
What I also wouldn't mind is if we could get more angles: I have a Linkin Park DVD which contains 1-2 songs where you can change angles, change cameras if you press a button, basically you can edit the performance yourself. But I'm not sure it's still a thing (although there's not much live concert DVDs either).

I hope the same, want to see a full documentary of 13 voices.
Yeah, a 13 Voices documentary would be awesome! But I don't think that is what the "bigger documentary movie" is going to be about... Guess we'll just have to wait and see!
