its actually a "Seagull".
http://www.seagullguitars.com/intro.htm

i've never heard of them before, apparently they're made in Quebec and sounds really nice. from testing out various other acoustics, the sound and feel is very similar to a Taylor that was over 700 dollars. this one was 500 after taxes.

they have them here, I played a few when I was looking for an acoustic, went with a Martin though. but they're nice! looks sweet too.
