yeah that was definitely the highlight. that was the first time it was professionally recorded, and it sounded sweet.

a bit unrelated, but did anybody notice that deryck played the outro of skumfuk a lot slower than usual in those german/italian shows? new effect, i liked it.

Yeah, glad I caught SBM.. it was cool. But the show sucked dick. And I haven't caught In Too Deep.. I mean, maybe it was there but they cut the sound off... so I dunno.
If it was Still Waiting and In Too Deep already, I guess it's also a short show.. cuz probably after that follows Pieces, Fat Lip, P4P and that's it.

I don't know if they played Skumfuk this time.. I guess it's a short set. But since we saw WATB at that screen behind that asshole.. and until they actually showed the performance of WD.. I guess there was time to play Skumfuk between those too, and Skumfuk usually follows WATB so I guess they played it then.

I wonder what was the show opener, was it My Direction or No Reason/Mr. Amsterdam

i didn't see skumfuk in the broadcast, but a few pages ago people posted youtube vids of the shows, where they do the new pseudo intro to skumfuk. that's where he does a slower outro.

i doubt they'd play pieces at a festival show.

yeah, i love how we're all bitching we were robbed of the opening. if we find out it's no reason or mr. amsterdam, that sucks way more.

I'm not too bummed out, it's supposed to be a snowboarding event first. And it's not like I payed for it.

But yeah, the crowd was pretty boring. And I want to give Steve a jacket

I guess we should keep telling ourselves it was just My Direction cuz it's a short set anyway, plus it was definitely not a show of their own home crowd, just a bunch of people who came to this snowboard competition so I dunno if they bother playing songs such as No Reason or Mr. Amsterdam for such a crowd, when they normally not always play these.

Yeah, you haven't missed shit. I mean, the only thing worth seeing there was the first professionally shot video of SBM live, which was great. And Deryck wearing something other that this vest he wears everyday since the beginning of touring in 2010! haha

But it was a poor stream.. started showing late, cut off the sound in the middle, and then just stopped showing the Sums and showed some dicks talking about Nike shoes instead hehe, so it sucked.. we had like 5 songs to see.

He has got a surprisingly adaptable voice, I always love their cover songs and that Billy Idol one was pretty good. So what was this live stream thingy like? Was it shit?
