Re: Do you think "The Operation" will last?
i hope they wont last any longer, it just seems like a waste of time cause everything they make is kinda shitty
Re: Do you think "The Operation" will last?
I don´t really like this band too much....Cone is great, but without Sum 41 he´s just like another bassist I don´t care about...

I don't mind the band. I hope they stick around and just put out albums for fun. It's cool to hear Cone sing every now and then. Personally, I think he has a better sounding voice than Deryck, but I won't go on the record until I hear Screaming Bloody Murder.

I think they will maybe make 1 more album but i cant see them making a huge sucess of anything i.e. touring as Cone has Sum 41 and Todd has Juliette & The Licks to tour nd make albums with

Re: Do you think "The Operation" will last?
I don't think they ever gonna tour with this project even though they said they want to try to tour with the new album now, and although they did like 1 or 2 shows in Toronto in 2008. I don't see them getting huge success but I can see them active as long as Sum 41, putting out fun side albums here and there while Cone has free time.. Todd doesn't have anything that important to do, I think.. H2O are touring here and there but not too much, thats why Todd was a touring guitarist for the Offspring last summer hehe. Juliette and the Licks is no more for those who didn't know.. and even before they broke up, he left them in 2008.

I don't know why noone likes it. I like that music a lot. There is a few great songs. But maybe that's because I like indie rock/alternative rock besides punk rock/pop punk and I think most of you are pretty much into punk rock right? :D

That's your opinion.. there are people that don't like Sum 41 but do like OP M.D. and I like to see Cone happy doing his thing.patenttiftw wrote:i hope they wont last any longer, it just seems like a waste of time cause everything they make is kinda shitty

Re: Do you think "The Operation" will last?
It'll last as a side project with occasional albums, but never as a full touring band with a huge following

Re: Do you think "The Operation" will last?
I'd love to hear at least one more record.
Re: Do you think "The Operation" will last?
I really liked their first album, but this new one is a bit lame to me.
I hope they last but I think that were not gonna hear about much from them this year...
couse of the SBM tour and all stuff around it.

Re: Do you think "The Operation" will last?
I've got their 1st album except the first two tracks which deleted themselves for some reason, but I really love it. For some reason I still haven't heard their 2nd one...
