Try turning the "Get a real amp" knob to 11.

(assuming)
Middle - Really low, preferably at about 3-5.
Bass - Ew. Keep this as low as possible! About 1-3.
Gain - About 6-8.
Just a good solid sound with those. Any extra knobs, just put them at what you like. But try my suggestions! : D

You should save up for a tube amp though.

I think Deryck uses high bass, high mids, medium treble, medium gain.

I don't think he would use high bass. How sure are you? Maybe for the clean channel but I can't see him using it for distorted sounds. It just makes things too muddy.Max wrote:I think Deryck uses high bass, high mids, medium treble, medium gain.

I roughly remember from an old photo of Derycks amp. It's the one with the "BIZZY D" stickers on it.Nic wrote:I don't think he would use high bass. How sure are you? Pull up the manual for the TSL100 and you can work it out :) but really it's just rough guessing, isn't Derycks amp head modified for more gain anyway?Nic wrote:Max wrote:I roughly remember from an old photo of Derycks amp. I'd be interested to try out the settings below on a Diezel amp, but they're an absolute fortune!
